Our webinar signup sheets are set up that way to obtain necessary information from healthcare professionals, but parents, grandparents, and caregivers of children with special needs are welcome to attend this webinar, and, in fact, this webinar is geared toward that crowd. For parts of the form that do not apply to you, please just write NA. That will not create an issue in our system and you should be able to sign up without any problems.
