Come join the fun with Shield HealthCare at the Parents’ Place and Family Resource Center of San Gabriel/Pomona 21st Annual Information Fair and Festival, designed for families with special needs children and young adults. Healthcare professionals are also invited to attend this fun-filled, absolutely free event.

When: Sunday, April 28, 2013   Time: 1:00pm – 4:00pm

Where: Cortez Park  2441 E. Cortez Street, West Covina, CA 91791

Don’t miss this fun day complete with clowns, face painting, moon bounces, game booths, a free hot dog lunch, snow cones plus 50+ information tables. And yes, there will be cotton candy!

About the San Gabriel/Pomona Parents’ Place and Family Resource Center:

Founded in 1989, Parents’ Place is a non-profit Family Resource Center serving children and young adults with special needs, their families, caregivers and the professionals who serve them.

Parents’ Place provides information and education to improve knowledge so parents, caregivers and professionals can become empowered to advocate for their children more effectively. Information is provided through the warm line, educational workshops, parent information packets, referrals to local and national resources, access to information on the internet, at our annual information fair & festival and meeting one-on-one with a family resource specialist.
