The Chicago area is home to popular neighborhoods, great museums, and a thriving cultural community. As such, it’s no surprise that the city’s seniors have high expectations for their assisted living options.
On SeniorAdvisor.com‘s list of winners for the Best of Senior Living 2015, the 41 winners are based in Illinois.
All of the area’s winners were selected due to the high ratings they received from residents and their families. In order to make the best-of list, an assisted living home must have earned an average 4.5 rating or higher out of five.
That’s not easy; only 1% of the nearly 100,000 facilities included on the site made the cut.
