Full Service In The Palm Of Your Hand

Driving solo on a long road trip, the gas tank light comes on, and it’s late at night… What do you do? Without an injury, it’s an obvious answer – fill up at the next station! However, living with a disability makes the simplest of tasks that more difficult. Insert the FuelService App!

FuelService “provides drivers with a disability all they need to refuel their cars.” The app directs you to gas stations with attendants available for assistance. It can notify them up to 30 minutes before you arrive, as well as letting the attendants know when you are at the pump ready for service. Say goodbye to the days of trying to find a phone number to call, honking your horn, or flashing your lights to get the gas station’s attention!

The app is available for both Apple and Android users, and in thirteen countries. To have FuelService text you a link to their app, enter your phone number here. If you do not have a smart phone, users can text or call FuelService’s interactive service.

Please note: you will need the gas station’s store number for these options. Find the store number using this link: fuelservice.org/en-us/findstation

Text Option:

1. Send a text message to FuelService’s number: (844) 957-1100 with the station’s store number in it. For example, text “98765” if you are at station number 98765.
2. FuelService will ask them if they can help and will message you back.
3. When you arrive at the station, send another message with the station number and the pump number you are at. For example. text “98765 7“if you are at pump number 7.
4. FuelService will then tell the station that you have arrived.

Voice Option:

1. Call FuelService’s number: (844) 957-1100 from your phone before you go to the gas station.
2. You will be asked to enter the 5 digit number of the station you want to attend, you can get this from the search below.
3. After entering the number just follow the instructions you are given for the different options.
