This webinar will explore the difficulties when facing a loss through death. Bereavement, literally “loss through death,” is a personal and unique process for individuals. At the end of this program, participants will be able to answer these questions:
- Name three emotions commonly experienced during bereavement.
- What are three symptoms that you might experience with grief?
- Describe three strategies for coping with grief.
- Explain three ways you can help someone else through their grief.
Knowing strategies for navigating the difficulties of bereavement and grief will help you to better cope with this difficult transition. It will also teach you how to help others as they go through the process.
